Soumitra Bajpai, CAIA
Founder & CEONew York, NY
Soumitra Bajpai is the Founder and CEO of FyleHub. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of institutional finance and enterprise technology, he founded FyleHub in 2017 after watching the same data operations failures play out at every financial institution he encountered.
Before FyleHub, Soumitra held positions at U.S. Bank and Highbridge Capital Management, where he worked on investment operations and saw firsthand how FTP-based data pipelines, manual reconciliation processes, and batch processing created systemic operational risk for institutional investors. He also brings technology and product leadership experience from Coforge and Medicalogic.io.
Soumitra holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, the premier global credential for alternative investment professionals. This combination of institutional finance domain knowledge and technology product experience is what makes FyleHub uniquely suited to solve financial data operations problems at the institutional level.
In 2019, FyleHub was selected for the inaugural cohort of NYU Tandon Future Labs' Catalyst NYC program — a competitive, no-cost, 6-month pre-seed accelerator for high-potential New York-based startups.

Senior Backend Engineer
Build and scale the core data pipeline infrastructure that processes millions of financial records daily. Design APIs, optimize ingestion pipelines, and ensure 99.9% uptime for enterprise financial institution clients.
- —5+ years backend engineering experience
- —Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java
- —Experience with high-throughput data systems
- —Familiarity with financial services a plus
Data Platform Engineer
Design and maintain the data transformation layer that normalizes financial data from custodians, fund administrators, and market data vendors into standardized, client-ready formats.
- —4+ years data engineering experience
- —Strong SQL and Python skills
- —Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines
- —Knowledge of financial data formats (FIX, SWIFT, CSV schemas) a plus
Solutions Engineer
Work directly with enterprise financial institution clients to scope, implement, and optimize their FyleHub deployments. Be the technical bridge between sales and engineering while building trusted client relationships.
- —3+ years solutions engineering or technical account management
- —Experience in financial services or enterprise SaaS
- —Strong communication and project management skills
- —Ability to read and write basic code
Enterprise Account Executive
Drive new business with pension funds, wealth managers, asset managers, and insurance companies. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles and position FyleHub as the definitive financial data operations platform.

- —Proven track record of $500K+ ACV deal closures
